RETURNS & EXCHANGES (US ONLY)
- All orders are subject to a 100% return within 30 days - as long as the product has not been opened or consumed.
- Unhappy with the product? We'll still offer a 50% return assuming more than half the product has not been consumed.
- If you have consumed over half of the product and are still seeking a refund, too bad. Unless you beat us 1v1 in Dota or you and your pathetic friends beat us in Overwatch (we choose the map). Then we'll give you a partial refund. We are not joking. You will lose.
Unfortunately, packages can get lost, and that sucks. We'll usually work with you if you are willing to work with us. However, Good Game Labs is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of the mail carrier. Good Game Labs is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. In the event that a package is lost or damaged during shipment, the customer is responsible for filing all claims with the mail carrier.
Any international sales are final and not subject to any return or exchange.
